Open SysTools Outlook to Notes. Go to Programs » SysTools Outlook to Notes » SysTools Outlook Notes, Software will display the following screen:

By default, Convert configured Outlook Mailboxes will be selected. Then click Export Mailbox button to start the process to export or to convert Outlook mailboxes to Lotus Notes.

If you want to convert any other PST file or orphan PST file, then select Convert Other PST file. and Click Export Mailbox button.

Then software will display all the Outlook items (email folders, contacts, calendar, tasks, notes, journals) if present in Outlook data file as follows:

By default, all the email folders are selected to be converted to Lotus Notes. But users can also convert selected email folders by un-checking the unwanted Outlook email folder.

Then click Start Conversion button to convert Outlook mailbox to Lotus Notes. Software will ask the location to save converted PST file. After this, Software will display following screen:

Enter the name of PST converted NSF file as your requirements. Then click Export Mailbox button to convert PST to NSF.
